End of Auction Fee Claim back Request

In the event of a bogus bid, we have introduced the "End of Auction Fee Claim back Request"

After a listing has had a succesful bid please:

• you should give the buyer a chance to produce payment (at the very least 3 days).
• If you have tried to contact the buyer and he/she hasn't sent payment after a reasonable period, you will have to leave negative feedback
• then report it to us using the the "End of Auction Fee Claim back Request"
• then we will consider the fee claim request and will send you an email about it.
• We have introduced new security features to keep bogus bidders to a minimum.
