(Q) How can I list an item?
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and go to Members/Account Management then get a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month memebrship/subcription. Memberships start at around £6. Once you have subscribed there is no limit to how many items you can sell through UsedFetish.com during that period. Once you have done that, click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "selling" page.
(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
(Q)I can't find a category for my item, how can I create one?
(A)Just send us an email with the new category you would like to see onthe listings and we will create it for you. (Free of charge, of course)info@usedfetish.com |

We are a charity organisation: can we sell items on your site?

Please go ahead. Because we do not charge any fees you can keep 100% of the sale price. Also you re able to sell here a huge amount of items that would not be acceptable in a charity shop.
We would also be very willing to advertise any bulk sales for charity in our newsletter. Or work out some way of enhancing your listings, so they are more noticeable. You must be a registered charity in the UK

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid

No. (Q) Can I use any online methods to pay for the auctions I win?
(A) Please check our news section for the latest news on recommended electronic payment methods and always make sure you read their term and conditions before you sign up. However there are other forms of payment and you will have to discuss how to pay for the items you have won with the seller. Some of the most commonly used are cash-on-delivery, bank transfer or personal cheque. (Q) I want to sell some items. How do I get my subscription membership?
(A) After you register you need to go to members and then click on Account Management. You can use almost any credit/debit card. You will then receive confirmation and will beable to list items straight away. You may also credit your account through cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Please check with us if you would like to use these methods, we would have to send you further details. (Your account will not be credited until payment has cleared).(Q) I have a PayPal account. Can I use this in anyway to send or receive money for adult items?
(A)As far as we know the answer is no, you cannot. Please read their terms and conditions. Breaching these may result in your PayPal account being suspended. PayPal is not listed at usedfetish.com and mentioning PayPal on the listings breaches usedfetish.com rules. REMEMBER: To register you must be over +18 if you are a UK resident or +21 if you are a national of some of the countries listed in the registration page, please check your state law. Why can't I check out like I do on ebay?

We have not established a payment gateway. In our experience, they tend to change their terms and conditions relating to adult webs with no warning. We have decided not to integrate a a payment gateway. It is very costly to change it on their wim.
Payment should be arranged between the buyer and the seller, so you need to to communicate before you pay/send the items.

I would like to subscribe for a year how do I do it?

A 1 year subscription is the best value or money, if you plan to sell items regularly this is by far the best option for you. Please log in, go to 'Members' then click on 'Account Management' and follow the instructions. |

(Q)How can I delete my account?
(A)If you no longer wish to have an account with us, please log in and the go the "personal info" page. Change your email address to stopaccount@usedfetish.com. We will then delete our account during our routine maintenance. (Q)How can I stop receiving the newsletter that you send some months?
(A)We do not send a newsletter every month, we try to keep communications to a minimum. But by being a registered member of usedfetish.com you agree to receiving our newsletter. (Q)The site shows an old date on the main page and also the latest auctions have an old date. Is the site frozen?
(A)Press "refresh" on you browser and the problem is likelly to sort itself out (Q)I have regitered but I cannot log in with my user name and password

My membership has been suspended. Why?
|
There might be several reasons
1.-You have broken the site listing rules
2.-You have finished auctions but have not taken them to the check out or have been owing check out fees for more than 5 working days.
3.-You have acummulated a lot of negative feedback
4.-You have spammed users.
5.You have more than one membership
6.Please note that typicaly users with their memebrships suspended will have their IPs blocked from the site. We find this is the best way to keep the site fair for everybody. If a user just wants to browse through the pictures he/she can do that at no cost, so there is no need to waste anybodys time.

The times of the listings are GMT, since the site is based in the United Kingdom. You can check world time zones at:

Also please note that the clock of the listings is a 24h. one. So if for example it says 11h., it means 11 a.m. otherwise it would say 23h.
